After 14 months on the road we arrive at our Daughter and her husbands property they bought while we were away. We hadnt seen it except in photos. It was great to see everyone, the kids have grown up so much and it was lovely to spend time with them all.

A couple of days after we arrived we went on a tour of the property, with Chris leading on his motor bike, one of the kids on a smaller motor bike, Allen on the red quad bike (geared) and me on the green quad called Polly!! Belinda had the rest in the Pajero but Taylah Jim and Wil also drive the Pajero. We all changed over a few times around the farm so everyone could have a go at whatever suited them. We had a great tour of the property and wow what a gem. We love it. They have sheep (they are just starting out) and recently acquired 5 rams. The kids are thriving and love their home, land and lives. They are only 45 minutes from Northamption and 40 minustes from Kalbarri and and hour and half from Geraldton so they are not too isoldated. Three of the kids go to Binnu Primary School, which is a tiny little school about 20 mins away. Belinda and Chris both drive the school bus, sharing it with another driver.

The two older kids do their schooling over the internet through SIDE (school of isolated and distance education) as they are in high school. Next year they will have three kids doing SIDE. Jana is only two so she is at home with mum and the two older ones during the day.

We stayed for the Northamption show (photos to come) which was on Belinda's birthday. We had a great day with all the family.

I could quit easily live here. I love the lifestyle and isolation. Dont worry everyone, it is not going to happen, but it is nice to know that I could do it.
