Well we are on the final run to home. We stayed a few days at Quobba on the nice white sand in the lovely warm sun, it was beautiful. No fish to speak of but then we were only there three days. Allen did catch a few small ones, enough for dinner anyway. Carnarvon, about 75km down the road, beckons. We are booked for Carnarvon for Allen to bowl in two carnivals and he is on the committee there too. We will be in Carnarvon until 26th August. Then dropping in...

After Carnarvon we travelled to the Blow Holes at Quobba. We camped near the beach for 3 nights ($5.50 a night). Lovely beach, no fish. We enjoyed our stay though.
