After arriving in shangrila I check in to another guest house with no laundry facilities ( I ran out of clean clothes three days ago) and no hot water,which sucks as its freezing in shangrila .have a massive banquet of 6 different dishes at a local restaurant with an Israeli dude a Chinese girl and a Brazilian girl,with beer comes to £2.50 .make a plan to leave in the morning with the Brazilian girl for tiger leaping gorge to do a two day hike of the mountain valley supposed to be amazing ,although there has been recent mud slides and my chest ain't good from the weather and cheap Chinese cigarettes , arrived at the guesthouse the next day after a breakfast of spicy noodles and a relatively easy trip ,went and brought some clean clothes and food fir the trek .after seeing one of the local guesthouses skinning and cleaning a dog right outside the front door ,I decided to eat at the guesthouse and enjoyed a tasty yak burger, of to bed early start In the morning hope it isn't raining.
