Decided to stay in hangzhou one more day to trek to the famous tea farms ( they produce the most expensive tea in all china,serious money) so I find myself with nothing to do but visit the night market to get some food ,well deserved after sorting out a train to shanghai ,accommodation for the night then flight to Guilin accommodation there and a place to travel the river on a bamboo raft.there are hundreds of food stalls so I start with some crispy flying fish then the spicy snails and then i have no choice but to hit the spicy bbq stand mainly because the manic chinese dude never lets me pass without eating starting with chicken hearts lamb stomach and of course some barbecued snake and every time i eat one thing he gives me a mug of his local brew toasts and we both have to down it this continues for at least an hour with more snake,even with the chaos ,noise and heat its hard not to love china or maybe its the snake man and his endless home brew.sadly had to refuse the boiled duck embryos just can't stomach it even after 10 mugs of home brew .
