wake up to blue sky's and a very hot day after a 20 min walk to the bus I'm sweating buckets ,after an hour wait the bus arrives now the trouble is if you get your destination wrote in Chinese the bus driver acknowledges your on the right bus but never tells you when to get off , and with the loud speaker switching between very loud and annoying Chinese music and even louder Chinese announcements the chinese passengers look confused never mind me and each stop last about 2 seconds so of you hesitate your screwed ( which usually means I have to walk 10 min back from we're I get off).10 min later i find myself hiking in the tea plantations for once it's quite and pretty peaceful very rare in china ( even the road sweepers play loud music strangely usually happy birthday?).after about an hour I'm soaked with sweat and lost in the mountains after a bit of confusion with a tea stellar she finally stops trying to barter for tea and gives me some water.30 min later I find the road and get on any bus heading down the mountain which drops me 15 k on the wrong side of the lake so I have another long walk home I guess.another thing about china they don't use nappies so all the small kids have a large hole in there shorts so they can go anytime or anywhere ( and I mean anywhere ) they need even on the street.which adds to the interesting smells I guess .plus I have been photographed a lot today with random Chinese people who love to have pictures of them with westerners in there houses( apparently they like to tell there friends they spent the day with you drinking and eating and now your very close friends).off to get more snake and home brew before packing and my third cold shower of the day.
