Quite a short journey today and time to explore San Luis Obispo. A cute little place where we jumped out of our skins when the bells tolled 11am as we stood under them!
We can't quite believe the difference in temperature between the shore and just 3 blocks inland, it can be twenty degrees. It's still quite foggy in the mornings but as we are a little inland tonight in Santa Maria, it's flippin' hot!
The beaches are getting whiter as we head south and with only about 9 nights left I'm starting to wonder how I will get all our USA purchases home especially now that Imogen has googled all the Superdry shops!
Santa Barbara beckons tomorrow...
