Today started off VEEEERRRRY badly but luckily I realised my mistake early on. I'd booked a hotel in Westport, Washington instead of Westport, California (only about 700 miles out)
OK, they are calling me "human" now!
After an hour of trying to find new accommodations for the night we set out on our days travels.
Bizarrely we visited a Victorian town (although we can't really understand why the Americans call it that). We've been in a tree house, a chimney tree and seen a house made out of one log.
Temperatures soared into the 100s along the Avenue of the Giants where we walked to the world's tallest tree which lies on its side after being blown over in 1991, we nearly ran out of fuel (well Imogen was scared)

Tony and Di An easy mistake to make, nobody's perfect! Could have been worse, could have been Westport in Kansas or even Kansas in Ireland! That's a few brownie points to give to Nick and Imogen for being so understanding, assuming they were LOL :-). xxxx PS House finished!
