Today was an awesome day! We decided to go kayaking round Abel tasman. so we got picked up from the campsite about 7am (yaaaaawn) and got a wee bus to Marahau and got our safety talk on kayaking! I was a bit nervous as you get like stuck in so if you go under the water you need to get out the thing before you drown-the guide , Jeremy, did say that he had worked there 10 years and only 3 kayaks had went under but I wasn't so sure! Left greymouth today and made our way up to Nelson, which is the north of the south island! It was a lovely day and warm which was a wee change for us! Took a wee while but we stopped at a place to see the pancake rocks, which are rock formations that look liked stacked pancakes ( as the name suggests lol)!
