We left wanaka today and got bus up to Franz Josef to meet the boys, who were doing the glacier day trip tour. we got on bus which took a few hours and stopped a few places along the way! The boys had parked the campervan on the main street so it was easy to find, but as our bus passed it I saw a notice on the window that said police at the top! So after just 1 night of leaving the boys alone, we went up and they had an illegally parked notice from the police that gets a $40 fine! Luckily it just said that they were illegally parked and that if this happened again there would be a $40 fine so it was just a warning this time! The notice was nice enough though, even said at the bottom to have a great holiday, if it was back home they would have fined us straight away! jamie had parked the van like on the other side of the road facing up the way but it should be facing down the way - or the way that the traffic is going if that makes sense! silly billies! We then went to the hot pools which was so chilled out! There was 3 pools of 36, 38 and 40 degrees. So stayed in there for a bit then met up with the boys, who got a right slagging for nearly getting a parking ticket! Then had some dinner then headed to greymouth! At a campsite just now and heading to bed!
