Today was a cracking sunny day! Got up and left campsite then walked along the beach. Was scorching! The boys played with the ball and we had a wee paddle! Sea was bloody cold lol! Went for breakkie at a lovely wee cafe, oh and I also enquired about a job! Turns out they wanted a cv so I'll need to get to work on that. we really like mount maunganui so its going on our list of possible places! Left mount maunganui and headed to Waihi beach! More ball playing and sunbathing then went and showed Jamie the gold mine. Then drove to whagamata and got an ice cream along the beach! Made way back to hamiltons to sheena and robs. Had a bbq, which was fab! Really tasty and not burnt at all like some of the ones we have had back home! they surely know how to do bbqs over here! Watched some rugby! Also saw on the news that a samoan rugby player got fined $10 000 for not having the correctly branded mouth guard on during a game! How crazy! Oh and we also got another cheesecake from the cheescake shop, a choc chip one this time mmmmmm! A day of travelling and beaches!
