Alarm went bright and early at 4am but both of us had been awake since 2... I don't know why I couldn't sleep.. but maybe it had something to do with leaving NYC and moving on to New Orleans. Once again we woke and organised ourselves at a leisurely pace, I think it's all catching up with us a little. There's just soooo much walking, and the stairs in the subway are never ending!! Enough of that... we're off to the East Village this morning cos Rodd missed it yesterday. Another leisurely start to the day but Rodd wasn't feeling the best and decided to sleep in longer so I headed out by myself to the East Village.
