Delicious green curry.

Cool wax gourd vegetable. Like a watery potato which sounds gross but is really bland and just perfect for the curry sauce.

The curry paste is v like red curry just
coriander seeds and root and cumin seeds in the paste. Also basil in the curry. Of course no tamarind or red chilli :)
