Mixed vegetables with a soy and garlic sauce.

Just love stir fried vegetables. So crunchy and fresh and bright. Thai people often put fresh tomatoes in as well. Works perfectly :) whatever you have pop it in the pan.

This meal was at our bungalow in fighting fish where we're staying now. I can hear the sea as we eat (about 10 feet away) and ed keeps spotting bats. To say I feel lucky doesn't begin to explain it :)
