In Thailand we now only order what we want to eat first, eat it then order next dish. Otherwise our entire meal is finished in 20/25 mins. We don't really have much else on so want to make the dinner more Italian style drawn out :)

We ordered the crab as it was fresh in.

Crab was steamed in basil, lemongrass, onion, kaffir lime leaves. Perfume of summer. Great crab portion too.
Served with egg fried rice and hot spicy chilli dipping sauce.

Also morning glory ... that green bok choi/ spinach vegetable served in garlic and oyster sauce. Gorgeous.
