Baked crab with glass noodles.

Sounds dull but the crab was really fresh not dry and the dish had a taste of lemongrass. I still thought it needed to be a bit livelier so added some lime juice which really lifted the dish (I think :))

Handy week time dish. Just put crab noodles scallions lemongrass water maybe dash of wine in a pot in the oven.
