Tuna salad and I added a boiled egg to it so it would be closer to a nicoise. (my favourite salad ever)

They have a clever trick to make the salad look bigger and higher than it is. A cabbage leaf upside down. Can't decide if this is clever as it makes it look so generous or silly as it is slightly disappointing when you realise that it's not all salad :)

Maybe both. Great for photos.
Dressing was both mayonnaise and Italian dressing.
