Day 15 - our last day in France. We packed up and headed into the centre for a visit to the Museum of Miniatures. There were lots of costumes and miniatures from movie sets - Independence Day and alien. A video explaining how it works - amazing to see how much work goes into it - I guess that art will soon be lost to 3D printers!

The top floor was miniatures. The girls were fascinated by the little rooms. The photos may not do it justice.

Then we caught the airport express to the airport after successfully negotiating another huge busy train station.

We are off to Peterborough now to have 2 nights with Chris and Sinclair. They very kindly gave me free board for 3-4 months before I left London in 2001 and looked after me like a daughter. We haven't seen them since 2009 and Chris has been unwell so looking forward to catching up!
