Captains Log. Star Date 19.04.05 Hi all! I have been pretty lame at updating the site the past couple of weeks. I'd love to tell you that I've been snowed under with work or the such likes but that would be a big fat lie! I have been far too busy doing NOTHING!! : ) So anyway, since I last posted I have been keeping busy, I went to a rugby game. Which is a blatent excuse for a piss up! They serve alcohol at the games and from what I could gather, everyone just kind of stands around getting drunk! Then occasionally something would happen to gather everyones attention for a moment and then it would be back to the beers! It was funny. It was good tho, I didnt really have a clue what was going on, but then I figured to just get into the spirit of things with the locals and drink some beers, so that may of had some kind of bearing on my concentration levels!! I met a local Sydney-er who I've been hanging out with a bit, she's just finished travelling around England and Europe. Its really cool as I get to go out with locals and see a less 'backpacker' side of things... So for the past few weeks I have been half heartidly job searching, and lazing around in the days and going out drinking at night probably more than I should or can afford to! Katie Walsh and her boyf Steve came up from Melbourne on Monday and Tuesday, we went out for dinner on Mon night (Katie if your reading this, thanks! And also you guys cracked me up I dont know how you went from fairly sober to absolutly battered drunk in such a short space of time!!) it was nice, Italian, and then went to Manly on Tuesday. Was good to see a familiar face and hang out for a bit... No real news to report apart from that, just wanted to let you know I'm still alive, still happy, still loving every minute of my trip!!
