We left Denver at 6am, as we had a huge 12 hour drive through the Rockies to Grand Junction, then through South Utah, Arizona and eventually Nevada. We stayed in Moab overnight at a motel with the greatest bed ever! Dave was so tired and Megan actually had her first experience of driving in America. After a great trip to the Grnd Canyon - which by the way is again completely awe inspiring in in vastness. We were set to drive to LA. LA is huge! and very very difficult to navigate, although I think we did very well.
