Day 48 Friday 25th

Tried to extend our stay by one more night but to no avail. Also tried to exterminate the cricket who had lodged itself in the door frame between the bedroom and ensuite and made a hell of a noise during the night.

We decided early to make better use of the stunning Pearle of Cable beach on our last full day here and we literally spent the day by the pools. Mixing it up a bit between our private pool and the infinity pool by the cafe. Where we were talking to some people about Tassie and they were going out to dinner with some other Tasmanian's who had flown up for a couple of weeks in their own chopper. "Oh that would probably be the McShanes our old neighbours at Jericho!" Which it was. Small world.

We all got a healthy dose of vitamin D, I'm not a particularly good sunbather as I get bored, uncomfortable and usually burnt but the sun here is nowhere near as strong as it is at home, the girls entertained themselves lining up hundreds of rocks along the pool edge.
Not much else to report, made use of the oven and had another yummy dinner in. All very relaxed and happy!
Can highly recommend The Pearle of Cable Beach to anyone traveling to Broome with family, its gorgeous.
