Another beautiful relaxing day on Paros. In fact the island has been a perfect choice after Santorini & before Mykonos, as both those islands are a lot faster pace. So we have spent another day just taking it easy. Jac & I read for the morning before heading off early afternoon & heading down the south of the island to a place called palm beach. Sure enough it was a quiet beach with a few palms standing watch around the shore. We went for a swim before lying in the shade listening to the waters lapping on the sand. There were only a few others there so apart from the occasional giggles of a few kids it was a place of tranquility. The waters seemed a little warmer here & it has probably become our favourite beach so far. After what seemed like an eternity we headed down to the town of Aliki for a look before returning home. After washing the salt off it was back into town for a forgettable feed followed by ice cream & waffles. We arrived back home & sat watching ships coming & going in the port. Finally it was time for bed in the peace & quiet of our apartment. Loving you Paros!!
