Had a kind of frustrating day today. Going to breaky at the hotel made us sad, just really sad. It was bread & crappy coffee & nothing else edible. We needed to get washing done & asked the hotel yesterday to do it as advertised by them. They said they couldn't so I researched, with great difficulty, where a laundromat was & we set out. We needed the rest last night & woke up feeling pretty refreshed. After a simple breakfast at the hotel we stepped out into the grey skied day, but at least it wasn't freezing cold. We made our way up the hill to the yellow fortress which gave us sweeping views out over the beauty of the city & countryside. We had set the alarm for 9am to make it to our included breaky, but after collapsing into bed we couldn't really be bothered.
