Rome, Italy. 14th September 2011.

After breakfast It was time to head out and explore Rome, with our first stop the Colosseum where Peter and I had our photos taken with two Gladiators.

Moving on from the Colosseum we passed the Arch of Constantine then walk passed Circus Maximus until we reach Santa Maria in Cosmedin, here we dare to put our hand into the Bocca Della Verita. We walk to the Temple of Hercules and Ponte Rotto originally know as Pons Aemilius.

Peter and I have lunch before visiting San Pietro ai Vincoli where Michael Angelo's statue Moses is and the chains of Saint Peter.

We continued our walk to Santa Maria Maggiore (one of the oldest churches of Rome), monument to Vittorio Emanuele II, The Patheon (the Roman temple of all Gods, built 118 - 125 AD), Piazza Navona, Santa Maria del Arnima and finally visiting the Temple Adriano.

Peter did a little shopping before dinner at "La Famiglia" Restauarant. After our full bellies it was time to return to our Hotel for a good nights rest.
