Headed to the 5th town: Monterossa. It was very busy and very crowded with all the tourists at the beach. We just had a quick look around and jumped in the water before starting the LONG trek to the next town Vernazza. To make a long story short: walk took about 2 hours, the heat was insane with humidity at 70%, we only had one bottle of water and we basically climbed up the mountain to the very top and back down again. La Spezia is absolutely gorgeous !!! Beautiful old buildings and a stunning coast line not far from our bed and breakfast.
