That night we stayed in Prairie, just behind the pub. Really quirky pub….had heaps of antiques that the owner had collected. There was a dentists chair at the bar that you could sit in, bar stools with saddles on them, lots of taxidermy animals and heaps of other stuff. Then the bloke told us that he had a pet water buffalo in the paddock out the back near where we were camping…so in the morning we went and gave her a pat and some hay.
