Had a great time going through the Islands…all the coast was very picturesque but, in saying that, we have awesome beaches in Busso!!

The highlight would have to have been when we went to Port Villa, Vanuatu. We got harassed by locals as soon as we got off the boat…. "you want tour, good price, best price…you see best of island!". After ages of saying, "No, no thanks, really we don't want a tour"….we decided we'd just walk to find a good beach and chill in the sun and swim. Weeeeeellllll, great in theory……after an hour of walking, we were wondering through an industrial area and admitted defeat. We saw some locals jumping into the back of someone's ute for a lift so we decided, 'why not', lets jump in too. It turned out that the people driving the ute were Aussie's who had been living and working there for 9 months! They explained that they were going around the Island that day to swim at a couple of beaches and if we wanted to tag along we could. So we spent the day with them and got some get information from them about the island. It was a great unexpected day!

We also really enjoyed Noumea and Isle of Pines, amazing scenery!!
