The next day we set off and went through a couple of interesting towns…one called Banana which was named after a bullock…another town Moura where the Meridian Line crossed through. That night we camped on a dry creek bed in a state forest….we were lucky we even got into the state forest because we had to go through a Cockey's gate and had it not been for the Leconfield course we would never have known what a cockeys gate even looked like and probably would've driven right by it. The spot where we camped was really nice and heaps of wood around so we were able to have a decent fire….and had some jaffles for dinner.
