This morning we were heading for Switzerland & our first ride on a TGV train. We had arranged to meet Jean, the flat owner, at 9am to give back the keys- or so we thought as there had inevitably been some communication break down as when we called at 9.20 he said just leave the keys on the bench. The public transport system being so good we were soon at Gare de Lyon with plenty of time to get some takeaway lunch for the train before our platform was announced...
