Left the beautiful town of Nafplio and headed to Sparta where we parked opposite the aptly called shop 300. For those of you who have not watched the film, 300 Spartan warriors fight to the death to hold back the 10,000 strong Persian army in 480 BC. Morning school before driving down the road 30 minutes to Nafplio Harbour. This harbour town was amazing with a castle on the top of the rock. There was some debate on the number of steps but somewhere between 930 and 999 we were told. We headed up the steps with all four of us counting to put this to bed once and for all. As you can guess all four of us ended up with very different answers and so the debate continues… After taking in the spectacula...

So the hottest day in Greece so far and we spend most of the day doing chores but they had to be done. We had a successful morning of learning and cleaning before rewarding ourselves with a cycle along the coast to the lovely town of Tolo where we spent a couple of hours at the beach - to obviously bring a ton more sand back to Bob! Asparagus risotto for tea with the last of the wild asparagus collected on Saturday...we will have to go foraging again for more -...

So after arriving late last night in the dark we woke to find that we were in another beautiful Greek harbour town and the sun was shining. We got up really early, so we could meet the people from Greco Paths at ancient Epidaurus. Next, we went to the theatre, which had really good acoustics. After that, we snorkelled in the Sunken City. It was cold and I didn't know where to put my foot. Shortly after, we had a yummy snack with great views. Now, on to my favourite part of the day. As soon as we arrived at the farm, I started feeding the ducks. Next, I collected eggs from the chickens and ducks....
