Left our hotel in the ghetto early to get down to DC and get a parking space, only to realize it was a Sunday and there was no one else there.

Started walking towards the White House before realizing that it was infact the Capital Building. So we went in search of the elusive White House but instead found the Washington Monument and the Lincoln Memorial which were both quite impressive.

Still couldn't find the White House which wasn't good as the temperature was ridiculous so we swallowed our pride and asked someone if they knew where the White House was. Was not happy to be informed that we had walked past it twice and was actually parked one street away from it.

Finally found it but could not get near it as OB was home saving the world.

Left DC for the coast quickly in a Thunderstorm as the rest of the City was not that nice!!!
