Finally arrived in Las Vegas after a quick stop at the Hoover Dam. First night was spent at the Circus Circus hotel, which certainly lived up to its name. Kids screaming everywhere and we couldn't find our room, nightmare.
The next day we moved into the MGM Grand for 3 nights and was amazing. The MGM had five swimming pools, including a lazy river, but we couldnt spent too long outside as there was a Heat Wave which in Vegas means very very hot. It was about 113 most days and about 90 at night. On this trip we were suppose to stay in each city for 2 days, but Vegas is Vegas!!!
We did all the usual stuff including:
The Rollercoaster in New York, New York, Went up the Stratosphere (Sam went on the rides, Bobby was a gent and held her purse so could't go on), gambled alot mainly in Casion Royale as 1) we kept winning and 2) the drinks were a dollar (actually left one morning at about 6.30), watched Cirque du Soleil KA at the MGM, went up the Eiffel Tower at Hotel Paris, went on the Rollercoaster at the Saraha Hotel, watched the Bellagio fountains, watched the Treasure Island pirate show and ate in two posh resturants.
One night in Casino Royale we got very very drunk and was about to go home, that was until Lady Luck shone on Samantha and gave her a $94 dollar win on one spin. Then Bobby also won $34 on one spin. We also won $64 on the last night and twice on black on the roulette tables. Were not sure how much profit we made, as we were drunk for most of it but we guess $200!!
Loved Vegas so much we are not happy to be leaving, not even to go LA but we will definately come back one day......
WE DID NOT GET MARRIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
