Today we went into the city, we were a bit worried that we might not get the sunshine but someone was looking out for us today. San Francisco was basking in sunshine and it was the perfect day for a drive over the goldern gate up to the Mary Headland. The views back over the bay area were fantastic....

After spending time taking photos of the bridge we dropped down from the headland into Sausalito a small beautiful coastal town overlooking Alcatraz and the San Fran bay. We managed to find some room amongst all the other tourists sitting along the shoreline and have our lunch.

Then we headed back out of the city to pick up 'Ray Ray' the camper van our home for the next month.
