Back on the road we pulled in at a little known spot called Agnes Water and 1770 named because Captin Cook came ashore here in 1770! The best thing about it is that it has a lovely beach with great surfing lessons cheap at only $17 bargin! We arrived into Alice Springs on the smallest plane either of us have ever flown on and after picking up our rental car we headed into Alice Springs to find a bed for the night.
