Wake up 10.30 feeling rough! Packed for myself and when I realised Michael wasn't going to be home in time for checking out I packed for him! Which he still doesn't think he should thank me for! Cheeky!
Checked out at 12 and skyped mum for one full hour in reception! Havnt spoken to her in like 13 years so it was weird! Even the guy receptionist had a chat with her! Although when he said we are identical, he got an air con remote thrown his way! Only joking mum you beauty!
Went for a walk and got some noodle soup from a stall with 3 pregnant girls! They are so cute! They work till they pop in Asia!
Went back to the guest house and sat to write some blogs! Abbie Brady has told me off for not keeping up to date with them! Better do what the girl says! Miss you <3
Michael rolled in at 2. We walked to go and meet Lee at the restaurant she works at called Social Club at 3. It was full! It's this quirky little cafe with an upstairs seating area, specialises in vegetarian food and does great coffee!
We both just had a drink and Lee gave us discount on them bless her! Perks of being the manager!! Said goodbye to Lee but we will see her when we get back from Sapa in a couple of days!
At half 4 Michael was hungry so I went with him to get him a sandwich from down the street.
Got back to the guest house at 5 and skyped Sam for a while! I really don't Skype him as much as I should! Miss him so much! It's crazy how he has moved into his own house and I havnt even been there! :(
The receptionist told me of for flirting with other boys as Michael is my boyfriend? For the last time, Michael isn't my boyfriend and Sam is gay! Leave me alone!
Went to get take out sandwiches for the bus from gecko, the food at the station is over priced and when the buses stop at road side places the only things they bet offer you in all of Asia include, mentos, Pringles, Oreos, crisps, cookies or cup cakes. That's it throughout Asia.
The bus picked us up at 6 ish (Asian time) and on the transfer mini bus me and Michael had to sit in the front! Felt like a princess until we realised the driver was a psychopath! Him and his friend ended up mimicking me so I made fun of him back. Baring in mind he spoke no English! 'I agree with everything your sayings' 'I was in the wrong, nothing is ever your fault' 'can I express my undying love for you' 'it's ten points if you run down that moped so step on it' etc etc
Got on the coach, this guy we got talking to the other night in Solace Club from France was on the same bus. If you would have told me I would be sleeping in top of him then, I never would have believed you! Bunk beds!
Our beds were second to back row on the top, Micheal had the middle row and I had a window seat. Michaels seat was broken so wouldn't stay up and reclined all the way back! Much to the guy beneath him disapproval! The seat are not directly on top at the back of the bus though because of the engine so it was more like face to crotch! Hilarious! The chair reclined literally until he was about 3cm away from this poor guy! You should have seen both of there faces!!!
It was raining heavily all night, watching outside I could see huge lightening bolts! Amazing! Apparently there is a tropical rain system onto of Vietnam! Great!
Michael was snoring so loud! I try to tell him but he doesn't care! Haha
Half was through the night we all got woken up by a loud crash! It was pitch black, chucking it down, thunder and lightening and we had just hit 4 power lines. Perfect! Live electric, in a pool of water and siting in a tin can of a bus! Goodbye!
