Arrived in Agnes water about 6pm on Saturday evening (27th April) and I was taken to beachside backpackers. It all seemed very quiet in the hostel and from what I gather this time of year is a very quiet season for them. Most people skip them and just do the big stuff in the winter months so little towns like this are just bypassed. The evening after Fraser was a very chilled one - I think everyone was exhausted! Unfortunately a lot of people in my group left too early for me to say goodbye but I spent the rest of the day with those who remained. Just haf a very slow day lounging by the pool (and shaving g-dawgs hair off!) with lunch at the local cafe. Slight change of route! Met a guy on my Hervey Bay bus who was heading for rainbow beach, the main stop just before Hervey. Whilst speaking to him I realised there was no reason I wasn't visiting there, and thought it was silly not to, so whilst on the bus changed all my plans for that evening and booked a night at dingos in rainbow beach. Yesterday once I had checked in at Halse Lodge in Noosa myself and a girl I'd met at the bush camp headed into the main part of town, Noosa junction.
