This place is really paradise (except for the midgies). The mountains covered is forest vegitation and then the beautiful sea. From CNP I travelled north to Emerald, where I turned east towards the coast. This inland area is full of open cut coal mines, so you get lots of very long trains, and a couple of big power stations. Travelling through Rockhampton to the coast of Yeppoon. Here I stayed for 5 days just to relax and clean up.
