The world is my school. Today my classroom was in a campervan on the outskirts of Queenstown, South Island, New Zealand. Here is what happened.
Today I woke up and the van was moving. We were escaping a bad campground. We stopped at another lake. Of course my Dad went in, with Captain O and Rosie Meets World. It was 8 degrees.
After a while there we found a real campground and it was almost paradise. We were parked right in front of a babbling brook and it was so beautiful. There was a weeping willow tree byt the brook and somebody placed a piece of wood in the split of the tree and the tree grew around it to make a beautiful but not so comfy seat. You had to climb up the tree to get to it so that was fun. We technically spent the whole day finding out what we were going to do for the rest of the week and doing our usual get water and groceries. Once we booked all of it, it was almost the end of the day. So, we went out for dinner at the Lone Star. Our waiter was surprisingly a Māori! He was so funny. He was yelling at us but very nice. His voice and face looked mad but what he was saying was nice. It was just because of how he was. I got a Chicken Caesar Salad. It was so good! By the time we finished, I bet it was 8 o'clock! We quickly got home. I got a refreshing shower, and sacked out.
What a nice day!
