Hi from the big busy city of Perth.
Friday was spent enjoying the lovely seaside town of Fremantle with a long walk around the town and waterfront. If we decided to live in Auzz. this town would be top of the list, not too crowded and with nice waterfront restaurants and boat harbours.
We picked up our new marine BBQ which has a hood and it plugs into the outside house gas supply as the one we had was cheap and did not like any wind so looking forward to using this very essential item. With everything organised and the van readied and after a good feed of prawns we hit the road to Perth. First thing to organise was a (miners right ) which is essential if you want to fossick for gold over here with a metal detector. I'm not greedy I only want to find one big nugget ! Friday night was spent with our friends at their place with a meal and drinkies before camping in their driveway. I tried to drown away this persistent cold but to no avail. After a good breakfast and good byes it was just a matter of aiming the van north and seeing where that takes us. Talk soon xxx
