Edith falls
September 12 - today we drove from lovely Mataranka to lovely Edith Falls. When we arrived at Edith Falls we set up and went for a 2km hike up a rocky hill to a waterfall and water hole. When we got there we saw all the different waterfalls and it was surrounded by rocks that we jumped off into the water it was a lot of fun. Then Dad, Jack, Lachie and I when on top of a water fall and saw lots of other swimming holes then we jumped off the side of the waterfall into the water. We jumped off lots of other rocks into the water. Then we walked home and relaxed for a while and then Dad and I went for a long swim across the bottom water hole to the waterfall it was scary because we were the only people in the water and we thought we were going to get eaten by a freshy. When we got back to the caravan we had tea then we down to the water with a touch to see the crocs red eyes. On the way back we saw a lot of cane toads so we killed them. When we got back to the caravan we went to sleep we were all very hot and tied.
Edith falls
September 13 - We stayed the night at Edith falls. When we got up we got up and went to the same top and had a swim and did the same thing as yesterday except we climbed up the water fall and saw another pond and a spar that you could sit in, Dad and I went over to a cliff and saw off the edge. Then we hiked home a different way it was a bit longer and rockier than the main track. When we got back we relaxed and went for another swim in the bottom pool we got ice-creams for swimming around a big island together without falling off the blow-up red lobster then we swam over to the water fall again but with everybody this time. Then we went back to the caravan and had tea and Jack, Lachie and I went cane toad bashing we killed 21 cane toads in 20 minutes.
