September 10 - Today we left Daly Waters and drove to Mataranka. We got up and left Daly Waters and headed towards Mataranka. We saw hundreds of termite mounds and burn offs on the side of the roads. When we arrived at Mataranka we when to the shops for bread and a walk around on the grass. We had lunch and got ready for the hot springs. On the way down to the springs a nice couple stopped and gave us a blow-up red lobster to float on but we took our own snorkels. Once we got in the water all of us snorkelled up stream and then floated down stream to a set of stairs, me and jack also climbed up a tree and jumped out of it into the water. There was lots of logs underwater that you could dive under. Then we went back to the caravan and had happy hour and tea then we played Penny on the Queen

September 11- Today we got to sleep in and have eggs for breakfast. After we got ready we headed to a different spring it wasn't as natural as the other spring. When we were walking down to the spring we went to the place where the water came up from deep underground. The spring was not as big as the other one, the colour was the same though. When we got in the water with our mask and snorkels then we picked up a heavy rocks and held our breath while running along the bottom. When you were underwater it was like a new world it was so blue and aqua! Then we walked back up to a café and had lunch we had burgers. Then we went to the other spring, snorkelled and floated around in the water. Then we went back to the caravan and dad and jack went fishing for barra hopping not to see any crocs while Lachie and I played games. When they got back we had happy hour and tea then went to sleep.
