Today is our last day in Brazil and we spent it on Copacabana Beach. Now for the boring bits:
We have travelled:
92 miles by car;
10 miles by speedboat;
40 miles by canoe;
1500 miles by banana boat;
1685 miles by aeroplane;
180 miles by service bus (which took only 2 hours!);
3 miles by motorbike;
950 miles by coach;
3 miles by tram (up Corcovado Mountain);
1 mile by cable car (up Sugarloaf);
20 miles by Metro.
We have eaten:
210 bread rolls;
20 packets of Oreos (Nick had 1 I had 19).
We climbed 170 steps twice a day for 10 days and still didn't lose any weight;
We have had a wonderful time in Brazil and have found the people very happy and friendly (apart from the one who cloned our card in Manaus and the person who stole my pasta and coca cola from the fridge today!)
