Day 6 in Punta del Diablo and we're on the move. Tomorrow we're hitching with an American couple into Brasil, first stop will most likely be Rio Grande. Enjoyed some lazy days in Uruguay without to much action. Met a lot of cool people here, including some really cool guys called John and Florent Malouda from Oz n France, Long John Trousers and Short John Pants from Oz, some scousers from UK, La Pequeña Argentina, other people and ye we're good with names. Punta del Diablo has a fantastic vibe, great beaches, great food, but it's def too expensive if yer on a budget. We've been moving back and forth between El Diablo Tranquilo's two hostels. One situated at the beach, and the other one two mins away. The one on the beach, other than the location truly sucks. We were squeezed into a small 9 man dorm the size of a Josef Frizl basement, crowded with snoring people and bloodsucking mozzies. Two days there was enough so we moved back to the one a bit further from the beach. And that hostel is excellent.
There's not much to write atm, we haven't like done anything the last few days except sleeping, eating, beaching and drinking. Had an utterly terrible drinking game night with the cheapest vodka we could find. Not recommended.
Off to town (not really a town) for some food and as they say in Uruguay... the night is only in diapers (!!!)
