Yep, more blogging then... As we mentioned we got a ride out of Uruguay with an American/Peruvian couple. Extremly nice people, and they drove us all the way up too Pelotas in Brazil. In Pelotas we decided to head straight for the busterminal and we just caught the last seats on the nightbus to Florianópolis. Changing buses first to head then to Lagoa de Conceicao and from there to Barra da Lagoa. Finally arriving at a hostel called Banana Hostel we dumped our luggage and started to read up bout the place. Then panic struck as one of the spoons mentioned that there was only dudes at this hostel... Strange... Reading more, and panic spread like a disesase through both our faces. One of the spoons freaked out, THIS IS A GAY PARADISE, THIS BEACH IS GAY, THIS IS A GAY HOSTEL!!! Total panic now, looking around... Everyones is gay! Reading more, and being in sort of a panic state of mind we soon found out that we were just tired and imagination was playing tricks with us. It was NOT a gay hostel, it was NOT a gay beach and everyone was def not gay... Pheew...

So we´ve stayed in Barra da Lagoa for a couple of days now. It is a very nice little fish town, but prolly more lucrative for families and older people. Playing extraball at the beach wearing nothing but a rubberduck is quite popular. (U are not s´posed to get that) Praia da Mocambique is huuuge, and good for surfing if you are a beginner twat. Praia do Mole is better if u actually know what u are doing... It´s also a great place to go kiting, but u would prolly rather stay in Lagoa de Conceicao then.

Without to much happening we got easily bored and decided to move on. Right now we´re at the main bus station in Florianópolis waiting for the nightbus to Foz do Iguacu. Plan is to head straight into Paraguay. We don´t intend to visit the falls, as we have both been there before and wanna save some money and time. BUT, if we get of the nightbus and have to wait a day for connection to Concepcion we will prolly spend a day there and visit the falls again.
