Montreux the centre of the swiss riviera and also home to the most stunning chateau in the alps. A great little place to relax for a few days unfortunatly i only had one. Spent a few hours in the chateau it really is amazing with the Lake on one side and snow covered peaks on the other, stunning! after that spent a bit of time in the town thay had some Jazz bands on as warm up to the world famous Montrex Jazz festival happening at the beginning of July. it also featured a very large statue of Freddie Mercury on the lake front. After that off to Bern the nations capital but to get there i headed back on the ferry to Lausanne to end an absolulty stunning day
