Well as i arrived in slovenia the overcast conditions of austria quickly came to an end. after the charging round i decided to take a bit of time going around slovenia. i think i also found the best hostel in the world (i would like to thank mark hotton for this as otherwise i would never have found the place) Hostel Celica was a former prison thst hsd been totally overhalled and is a great place to relax, no bunkbeds and you can even choose to stay in the cells (if you have more money than i have ) anyway the city was great really small and walkable with a stunning castle perched at the top of the hill and a great river running through the middle.

day 2 i deciced to head out into the countryside to Skojan caves. a huge underground expanse of caves about 2 hours from Ljublijana arrived at a small town called devaca had a 4k walk through some stunning woods and then ended up at these fantastic caves. i did get herded around abit but really good none the less.

Day 3 Bled about 1 and a half hours north . bled is a picturebook lake surrounded by hills with a picture purfect island. the water was so clear it was amazing unlike anything i've seen before in fresh water. despite it being about 30 degrees i had forgotten by swimming shorts so could't have a swim but walked slowly around the lake taking lots of pics. also bumped into the irish girls i ned on the train to ljublijana. after this had to head back on the train for the next country off to croatia.
