Hello!

Went to Tauranga today as planned! Weather isnt as nice...actually quite chilly! Its Waitangi day today (when the Maori people gained equality in NZ) so everywhere was shut...annoying! had lumch with Marlyn in a lovely Turkish resturant...falafal pitta and dips gallore!!

Caught the ferry back to Mt M and climbed the hill/mountain which was lovely! Views were great so it was worth the climb in the heat! Got a lush ice cream afterwards and sat by the sea. Lovely day!

Met some Dutch chaps (lucky for Marlyn but I couldnt understand a word!) who invited me and Marlyn to stay on their farm near Christchurch in the South island..ha!

Off to Rotorua tomo! xxx
