Damian came to yoga with me this morning...and liked it!! We went to Hatha at Yoga with Om. However he still hasn't gone back to morning meditation. I don't blame him, it's getting a bit repetitive. Nevertheless I will persevere.

I continued the day reading and napping and I think I'm FINALLY getting better! Yay. Maybe the Nutella croissant I had for lunch helped.

After lunch we went for a nice hike to this beautiful waterfall. I forgot my camera so we will have to go back again. The water was COLD!! Some people were swimming, many more standing around. There were several women dressed up so nice in colorful saris with heels on too and we couldn't help but wonder how they managed getting across the rocks that way? It was worth skipping Yin yoga. Getting lazy--down to one class a day now!

We had dinner with The Californians at the hotel, and went down into town for dessert and chai after...I gotta get that walk up and down at least twice a day to combat the Nutella!

Tomorrow brings much of the same.
