Damian says The village of Bhagsu is like a big community college for Hippies. And he's right. Here you can learn just about anything in the hippy arts.
Dancing of all kinds including hula hoop, Bollywood, belly, and traditional Indian. You can make any sort of jewelry if you wish from macrame, silver, and gem setting. You can play any instrument, with lessons ranging from guitar, flute, didgeridoo, recorder, drums, and sitar. You can learn to sing. You can take massage courses, reiki, and meditation. Yoga is the most prevalent of all, with teacher training courses in Kundalini, Ashtanga, Hatha, vinyasa, or Iyengar. You can take cooking classes (on my short to do list for next week).
Literally everywhere we go we hear instruments music and singing. It echoes into the night, fortunately soft enough where we are (high above town) to sound like a lullaby putting us to sleep.
Speaking of, after my morning meditation, yoga, and three hour nap, curry dinner, and Nutella crepes, I am ready to hit the hay.

Mom So sorry I missed your Mother's Day call. Thank you for remembering. At least I got to hear your voice. It's been too long. I love you.
