We went to Harlem today to go to the Ephesus SDA Church for their divine service. It was pouring with rain and we got quite wet sharing our little umbrella on the walk to the subway and around Harlem.  The church was a large and beautiful old building and the people were welcoming. Today we took the free ferry to Staten Island to go past the iconic Statue of Liberty on the way. We didn't stay on Staten Island though (only to get off the ferry and get back on it again) as we had heard there was nothing to see. We then found a nice Japanese restaurant where we both had a healthy looking chicken teriyaki. The food took ages to come though.
