So! We was up bright and early for a long truck day and the drive to Cusco.

Truck days are normally very chilled, we sleep, play a******* and admire the scenery...

Don't get me wrong, today started off that way, but it was Shanna's birthday...so at 10am we cracked open a bottle of red wine, then another and another! We listened to cool tunes, danced a little and got drunk! The journey went quick!

We arrived early evening, decided it would be fun to dress in our worst clothes ever and headed out for dinner.

We had a few cheeky cocktails, headed to an Irish bar where Shanna insisted I had a 'life drink' basically jäger and redbull but not in a shot glass, then we had another one, a few beers and headed to another bar...On route we seemed to have collected free drinks vouchers and I had a pocket full! So we headed to the club/bar and hot a taxi back to our hotel about 4am (via the cheap street vendor who flattened by hotdog with a rolling pin until it looked like a piece of ham) I think I left mine somewhere in the hotel!

The next day we had to be up and meet at 10am for our trek briefing...with a hangover!

The rest of the day was spent buying last minute things for our trek and packing everything we needed into a small duffel bag! We had dinner and opted for an early night as we were up at 6am to start our trek...here goes!
